Inviting Team Members

Social Verdict allows you to collaborate with colleagues on brand monitoring. Invite team members to view and manage your brand's Reddit analytics together.

How Collaboration Works

When you invite someone to your brand:

They receive an email invitation with a unique link
They create an account (or sign in if they already have one)
They get access to view all data for your brand
Multiple people can monitor the same brand simultaneously

Note: All collaborators have equal access to view brand data. The original brand owner maintains ownership and can manage settings.

Inviting a Team Member

Go to Settings
Scroll down to the "Team" or "Collaborators" section
Enter your colleague's email address
Click "Send Invitation"

Your colleague will receive an email like this:

You've been invited to collaborate!

[Your Name] has invited you to collaborate on monitoring "Acme Corp" in Social Verdict.

Click the button below to accept the invitation and start viewing brand analytics.

Managing Team Members

Viewing Current Collaborators

In Settings, you can see a list of everyone who has access to your brand, including:

Their email address
When they were added
Whether their invitation is pending or accepted

Removing a Collaborator

To remove someone's access:

Go to Settings
Find the person in the collaborators list
Click "Remove" next to their name

They will immediately lose access to the brand data.

Resending an Invitation

If someone didn't receive the invitation email:

Check if the invitation is still pending in Settings
Click "Resend" to send another email
Ask them to check their spam folder

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a limit to how many people I can invite?

The number of collaborators may depend on your subscription plan. Check your plan details for specifics.

Can collaborators create their own brands?

Yes! Each user can have their own brands independent of the ones they're invited to. Collaborating on your brand doesn't affect their ability to create their own.

What happens if I delete my brand?

All collaborators will lose access, and the brand data will be deleted. Make sure to notify your team before deleting a shared brand.

Can I transfer ownership?

Currently, ownership cannot be transferred. If you need to change the owner, contact support and we can help.
